You will report directly to our Sr Procurement Buying Manager and you’ll work out of our Lansdale, PA location.

The annual base salary range for this position is $113,000- $ 141,000 . Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure procurement activities comply with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) requirements.
- Review, draft, and negotiate terms and conditions (T&Cs) , non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) , and supplier contracts to protect organizational interests and ensure compliance.
- Audit purchase orders (POs) and procurement documentation to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
- Lead and support contract closeout processes , ensuring all contractual obligations are met, documentation is complete, and records are properly retained.
- Develop, implement, and maintain procurement compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Conduct internal compliance reviews and support external audits, including government and customer audits.
- Monitor supplier compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements; escalate and resolve non-compliance issues.
- Prepare and submit small business subcontracting reports , ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to procurement and cross-functional teams on compliance requirements and best practices.
- Stay current with regulatory updates and industry trends impacting procurement and supply chain compliance.

You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or contracts management with a strong focus on compliance.
- Demonstrated expertise in FAR and DFARS regulations .
- Proven experience negotiating contracts, T&Cs, and NDAs.
- Strong knowledge of procurement lifecycle processes, including RFQ’s, PO management and contract closeouts.
- Experience with small business subcontracting plans and reporting .
- Excellent analytical, auditing, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Experience in a government contracting or defense environment.
