Job Description

As a Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist (Social Media) here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing social media and content strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage customers, and drive business growth within the aerospace sector.

You will report directly to our Sr. Digital Marketing Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ headquarters or Norcross, GA location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact Honeywell Aerospace's digital presence by leveraging social media platforms to create compelling content, analyze campaign performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing and communications initiatives with business

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Create, curate, and manage compelling content tailored to the Aerospace audience to lift the brand, support marketing campaigns, and influence key industry stakeholders.
  • Analyze social media metrics and campaign performance to optimize strategies and share insights internally.
  • Build copy and creative assets and/or briefs for creative support to execute engaging social media content that supports our key pillars and strategic objectives.
  • Support the review, approval and triage of social media requests and content development across creative services, requestors, agency partners and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with creative services, content strategy manager and external agencies to identify content opportunities and develop content for channels like podcasts, blogs, and more.
  • Coordinate with social and content strategy manager to maintain our social media calendar and plan content and engagement efforts accordingly.
  • Manage our social media advocacy program to ensure employees are educated and empowered to elevate our brand across their own social media profiles.
  • Moderate our social media communities to engage with messages, comments and other activities to ensure these are handled or triaged in accordance with our social media strategy.
  • Monitor our share of voice and brand/product mentions with social listening tools to measure brand health, track industry trends and support crisis escalation processes.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms and executing successful social media campaigns within a B2B or Aerospace environment.
  • Strong knowledge of social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Expertise in content creation, social media advertising, and community engagement strategies tailored to technical and professional audiences.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Khoros, Synthesio, Adobe Analytics, and social media advertising platforms.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media strategy and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working in or with the Aerospace industry is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and staying current with social media trends.
