Job Responsibilities
Proactively engage with target audiences on Instagram through direct messages, comments, and account interactions Build relationships with high-value individuals, enthusiasts, collectors, and luxury lifestyle audiences Identify and connect with potential buyers, brand advocates, and strategic partners Foster ongoing conversations that increase brand awareness, trust, and interest Qualify leads based on engagement and buying intent before transitioning warm leads to the appropriate internal team Maintain accurate records of outreach, engagement activity, conversations, and lead generation efforts Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align messaging, audience targeting, and campaign priorities Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and engagement opportunities to maximize results
Qualifications
Proven experience in social media engagement, community management, sales, or relationship-building Strong understanding of Instagram, including engagement strategies and platform best practices Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with proactive outreach and initiating conversations with prospective clients Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously Sales-minded with the ability to identify, nurture, and qualify potential buyers Passion for automotive, luxury, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred
