The practice offers a flexible 4 or 5-day work week with no evenings, weekends, or call responsibilities. Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive eye exams and medical optometry services
- Diagnose and manage ocular diseases and conditions
- Co-manage cataract and other surgical patients with specialists
- Educate patients on treatment plans and eye health
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
- Work collaboratively with clinical and optical support staff
- See an average of approximately 25 patients per day
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program
- Active or eligible Arizona Optometry license
- Strong clinical and patient communication skills
- Interest in medical optometry and comprehensive eye care
- Ability to work well within a team-focused environment
