Base Salary: $40,000–$50,000 Uncapped Commission

What You’ll Do
- Guide clients through finish, material, and equipment selections.
- Manage selection deadlines based on construction milestones.
- Maintain accurate selection records and written client approvals.
- Process post-approval changes and prepare related change orders.
- Identify and escalate long-lead items before they impact schedules.
- Maintain product catalogs, samples, vendor availability, and lead-time information.
- Coordinate selection-driven material needs with the Warehouse Manager.
- Deliver a complete, build-ready selections package at construction handoff.
- 2 years of design coordination, selections, or client-facing project coordination experience.
- Strong eye for finishes, materials, and design details.
- Comfortable discussing product options and pricing with clients.
- Strong organization, documentation, and deadline-management skills.
- Experience working with vendor catalogs, lead times, and product availability.
- Pool or residential construction experience preferred.
- $40,000–$50,000 base salary uncapped commission.
- $90,000–$125,000 Year 1 OTE.
