As a Sr. Production Scheduling Coordinator here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in coordinating and managing production schedules to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing operations. You will report directly to our management team and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall supply chain efficiency by ensuring accurate scheduling, timely communication, and resolution of production issues, contributing to the success of the Aerospace business unit.

- Analyze production data for process improvements
- Ensure compliance with quality standards
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and internal targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, engineering, and manufacturing to ensure smooth production flow.
- Monitor inventory levels and production progress to anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts or delays.
- Experience in production scheduling or supply chain coordination within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production planning processes and inventory management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as PeopleSoft or SAP to manage master data and scheduling information.
- Ability to analyze production data and anticipate scheduling conflicts to ensure on-time delivery.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in production scheduling or supply chain roles within aerospace or manufacturing industries.
- Experience with SIOP processes, material requirements planning (MRP), and inventory control.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
