Responsibilities
As a Senior Finance Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing strategic financial support to the business. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales, finance, working capital, and the finance operating system. Leading and mentoring a team of commercial finance professionals, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives.
You will report directly to our Commercial OE VP CFO and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will analyze financial data to provide insights that drive business growth and profitability. You will develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue and minimize costs, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
As a senior leader, you will also prepare financial reports and presentations for senior leadership, contributing to informed decision-making.
