As a Senior Engineering Manager at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving product execution, enabling new product introductions, and delivering high-quality solutions to our internal and external customers.
You will report directly to our Engineering Director and you’ll work out of our Redmond, WA location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the success of our Sensing, Guidance and Navigation COE as well as our Navigation and Sensors business. Duties may include driving disciplined technology transfer from our Advanced Technology organization into new product introductions, leading a team through the product development cycle from concept through delivery, and partnering with various functions to accelerate development and improve product quality.

US CITIZEN REQUIREMENT
- Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
- >4 years engineering leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field from an accredited institution.
- > 10 years of broad, cross-disciplinary technical background, including experience with systems.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Product development and execution experience across multiple phases of a product life cycle.
- Aerospace, avionics, or navigation systems experience.
- Experience generating, protecting, or commercializing intellectual property, including patents, invention disclosures, or early-stage technology incubation.
- Exposure to sensor technologies, particularly where precision, reliability, and system integration are critical.
- Executive-Level communication experience.
- Advanced technical education such as a Master’s degree or PhD in engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Six-sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
