Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the planning and execution of large, multi-year engineering programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines
- Play a crucial role in designing and bringing new products to market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive new product development from concept through to production
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate program status, risks, and opportunities effectively
US PERSON REQUIREMENT
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering (mechanical, electrical, aerospace, industrial, or systems), mathematics, or physics
- 15 years of experience in engineering product development and/or program management within the aerospace industry
- Proven track record in project management
- Strong knowledge of aerospace industry standards and environmental requirements
- Advanced engineering degrees
- Experience in influencing stakeholders and driving products to market
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and customers
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with sensors, physics and/or systems integration
