Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement strategic plans for supplier resiliency and drive long-term growth with a best-in-class Resiliency program.
- Conduct market analysis, trends, risk factors and analysis to identify and monitor potential risk areas such as Operational, Reputational risk, Quality, Human risk or complex risk.
- Collaborate with stakeholders/business leaders and cross-functional teams to drive resiliency within the supply base that will support proactive monitoring and mitigation plans.
- Monitor and evaluate planning for upcoming geopolitical and economic scenarios.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Lead and manage the strategic planning processes for Supplier Resiliency
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Supplier Resiliency, Sourcing, Digital Transformation, Procurement, business development, or related roles.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategic plans.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to drive successful execution of strategic plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- Experience in strategic planning in a global organization.
- Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
