You will report directly to our Procurement Manager, and you’ll work out of our Glendale, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule after your initial 90-Day introductory period.
In this role, you will impact the company by ensuring procurement compliance with federal regulations, optimizing supplier performance, and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations.

- Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure adherence to internal policies and federal compliance standards.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience working with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) in procurement processes.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage supplier contracts effectively.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools relevant to federal contracting environments.
- Ability to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously while ensuring compliance and cost efficiency.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience in federal government procurement or working within regulated industries.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment and adapt to changing priorities.
