You will work ONSITE at our Colorado Springs, CO location on a 9/80 work schedule.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Circuit card design including parts selection, schematic entry, and layout
- Conduct circuit analysis
- Conduct RF signal chain analysis
- Run 3D electromagnetic wave field solver simulations
- Write VHDL for FPGA designs.
- Learn and use engineering tools for new product development.
- Develop microcontroller designs for multi-board control applications.
- Design and create communication interfaces between equipment and the user.
- Prototype test and debug in an electronics lab environment
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- Relevant engineering experience (internships).
- Strong fundamentals in circuit analysis and design
- Willingness to ask questions and seek guidance
- Effective communication in cross‑disciplinary teams
- Exposure to embedded systems, Linux development, or communication protocols
- Interest in learning DSP and machine learning algorithms
- Experience with prototype assembly, turn-on, and debug in a laboratory environment.
- Knowledge of high-speed digital and/or analog design.
- Proficiency with Altium, Xpedition, or similar PCB design tools.
- Familiarity with electronic lab equipment and using them to perform characterization and troubleshooting (meters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, frequency counters, etc)
- Proficiency with AWR, HFSS, or similar RF modeling and simulation tools
