You will report directly to our Senior Director of Program Management, and you will work out of our Charlotte, NC, or Phoenix, AZ, location on a Hybrid work schedule.

YOU MUST HAVE
- 6 years of proven experience in customer experience program management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and program management skills.
- Expertise in customer experience methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in utilizing customer feedback tools and technologies to drive improvements.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- LEAN or Six Sigma Certifications
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Passion for enhancing customer experiences and driving satisfaction.
