The Team You’ll Join
You will join Envestnet's Revenue Operations team, a group focused on enabling smarter, data-driven decisions across Sales, Marketing, Relationship Management, and other go-to-market functions. The team plays a critical role in ensuring business leaders have access to accurate reporting, trusted data, and actionable insights that drive growth and operational effectiveness.
How You’ll Contribute
The Program Management Lead is a hands-on generalist who owns and runs a variety of go-to-market (GTM) projects from start to finish. This is an execution-focused role with real ownership: scoping the work, building the plan, driving it to completion, improving the processes behind it, and keeping the right people aligned along the way. This person is the operational engine across GTM, taking initiatives and making them happen with structure, judgment, and follow-through. Success means projects ship on time, processes get cleaner, stakeholders stay aligned, and leadership has a clear view of what's in flight and how it's progressing. The ideal candidate is organized and dependable but also brings structure to ambiguity, knows how to prioritize, and can run multiple programs independently without needing close oversight.
- Project & Program Execution
- Own GTM projects end to end, from goal to a delivered outcome.
- Scoping & planning: Translate goals into clear project plans with owners, milestones, and timelines
- Execution & delivery: Drive day-to-day progress, sequence workstreams, and keep projects on track to completion
- Risk & dependency management: Surface blockers early, manage cross-team dependencies, and resolve or escalate them
- Ownership: Run multiple projects independently and stay accountable for outcomes
- Cross-Functional Coordination & Alignment
- Keep the GTM functions connected, aligned, and moving in the same direction.
- Stakeholder coordination: Align GTM teams and internal partners around shared goals
- Action item follow-through: Track who owns what and drive items to closure
- Communication: Run working sessions and provide clear, regular status updates to teams and leadership
- Surfacing decisions: Frame the options and bring the right people together to make the call
- Materials & inputs: Compile inputs, build decks, and pull together the materials teams need
- Status reporting: Maintain a clear view of all in-flight programs — status, owners, risks, and progress
- Outcome tracking: Track whether programs are delivering against their intended goals
- Process Improvement & Documentation
- Make GTM processes better, then keep them running and written down.
- Process assessment: Map current workflows and handoffs and identify gaps and friction
- Improvement & standardization: Streamline processes and establish repeatable, scalable playbooks
- Rollout: Implement process changes across GTM teams
- Documentation: Write and maintain clear SOPs, playbooks, and guides
What You’ll Need to Bring
- 5 to 7 years in revenue/sales/business operations, or a comparable cross-functional execution role
- Proven track record running cross-functional projects end to end, on time and to a measurable outcome
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through
- Comfortable running multiple programs independently and bringing structure to ambiguity
- Experience improving and documenting business processes
- Clear, proactive communicator across all levels, including leadership
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with GTM systems and tooling
- Experience supporting tool rollouts, process changes, or operating cadences
- Change management experience driving adoption of new processes or tools
- Project tracking tool experience (e.g., Asana, Monday, Smartsheet, Jira)
- Experience in [SaaS / financial services / your industry]
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field [or equivalent experience]
