You will report directly to a Sr. Program Manager or Director and you’ll work out of our Lancaster, PA location on an On-site work schedule.

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and successful program delivery
- Monitor and track program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
- Communicate program status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and leadership
YOU MUST HAVE
- 2 years of experience in program support or program management roles.
- Strong knowledge of program coordination, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software to track program progress and deliverables.
- Experience in analyzing program data and generating reports to support decision-making.
- Familiarity with enterprise performance management and outcome-based solutions is a plus.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.

- Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and drive program success.
