Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee legal operations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, especially in environmental matters.
- Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the company's interests and mitigate risks.
- Review and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to environmental compliance and business operations.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 8 years of experience practicing law with a focus on environmental regulations and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of environmental laws and regulations applicable to aerospace and industrial sectors.
- Proven expertise in contract drafting, review, and negotiation with an emphasis on environmental risk mitigation.
- Experience managing legal risks and providing strategic legal advice to cross-functional teams.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Experience working in or with aerospace or industrial companies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in legal documentation and compliance.
- Commitment to ethical conduct and professional integrity.
