- Lead and manage complex projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate and collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project milestones and deliverables
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project execution
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 5 years in a related field
- 2 years experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint and Outlook)
- Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements
- Experience leading development teams in an engineering environment
- Ability to create specific action plans
- Experience enhancing customer relationships
- Program management skills
- Ability to effectively manage risks and opportunities
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma tools
- Experience with RCCA activities
- Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events
- Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
- Demonstrated Earned Value Management (EVM) proficiency
