Key Responsibilities

  • Leading development teams in a new product development environment
  • Ensure project performance and execution
  • Managing customer relationships
  • Schedule and milestone development/management
  • Understand technology employed on various programs
  • Develop program/project cost estimates
  • Baseline development
  • Program/project metric development and reporting
  • Variance analysis
  • Risk and opportunity development and management
  • Manage supplier relationships
  • Travel within US and/ or internationally may be required,

    Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage complex projects from conception to completion
    • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
    • Coordinate and collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders
    • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project milestones and deliverables
    • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
    • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices
    • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders
    • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project execution

    Qualifications

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
    • 5 years in a related field
    • 2 years experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint and Outlook)
    • Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements
    • Experience leading development teams in an engineering environment
