Key Responsibilities
- Support advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality and productivity targets are met
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to optimize production processes and reduce waste
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams and other stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- Entry-level experience or internships in manufacturing engineering or process improvement roles
- Basic understanding of manufacturing technologies, process optimization, and quality control principles
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques to support process improvements
- Knowledge of manufacturing software and tools such as CAD, statistical process control (SPC), or Lean manufacturing principles
- Advanced degrees in Engineering such as Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Experience with automation, robotics, or additive manufacturing technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to continuous improvement
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging manufacturing trends
