Key Responsibilities
- Support advanced manufacturing engineering projects to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
- Implement innovative manufacturing solutions using current technologies.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- Experience in manufacturing engineering and process optimization.
- Knowledge of manufacturing technologies and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in manufacturing process analysis, automation technologies, and data-driven decision making to enhance productivity and quality.
- Experience with CAD software, manufacturing execution systems (MES), and statistical process control (SPC) tools.
- Master’s degree or higher in Engineering or related technical field.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with automation, robotics, additive manufacturing, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Project management skills and ability to support strategic initiatives.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
