Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service throughout the guest dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
- Maintain strong menu knowledge, including dinner specials, wine, cocktails, and premium steak offerings.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
- Uphold food safety, sanitation, and hospitality standards at all times.
Requirements
- Previous serving or restaurant experience preferred, especially in upscale or high-volume dining environments.
- Availability to work evening and dinner shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and guest service skills with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and strong attention to detail.
- Experience with POS systems such as Toast, Aloha, or Micros is a plus.
- Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and upscale dining service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or moderate loads when necessary.
