Job Summary:
The Automotive Title Clerk will handle a variety of tasks related to vehicle titling and registration, ensuring all paperwork is accurate, compliant, and completed in a timely manner. This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process title documents for new and used vehicles, wholesale deals, and lease payoffs
   
• Submit required forms to the DMV and follow up on title issues or discrepancies
   
• Maintain accurate records of all title work and vehicle inventory
   
• Communicate with customers, financial institutions, and state agencies as needed
   
• Stay updated on state regulations regarding titling and registration
   
• Assist with other office duties as needed

• Prior experience as a Title Clerk in a dealership or similar setting preferred
   
• Strong knowledge of state DMV title regulations and documentation
   
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
   
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack)
   
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree a plus
   
• Strong communication and customer service skills
