Homewood Suites by Hilton – St. Cloud is looking for a friendly, energetic team member to join us as a Front Desk Agent (Day/Evening). If you enjoy helping people and creating great guest experiences, you’ll love being part of our front desk team. You’ll greet guests, support hotel operations, and be a welcoming face for travelers from all over.
Job Overview
Front desk agents are responsible for helping guests make reservations over the phone and in person, greeting and registering the guests upon arrival, and providing outstanding customer service during their stay.
Night Audit will run night audit application with shifts from 11pm to 7am shift differential available.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be able to problem solve in order to resolve guest issues that may arise
- Must be able to respond to emergency situations
- Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Provide excellent customer service
- Exceedingly organized and efficient with the ability to multitask
- Computer literate
- Weekend availability and flexible scheduling
Physical Demands
