Front Desk Agent:
Join our team and help create a welcoming experience for every guest! We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our hotel front desk team.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and assisting guests. Checking guest in and out. Answering phones and handling reservations. Creating bookings for our conference room. Providing excellent customer service. Assisting with guest questions and requests.
What we are looking for:
Positive attitude and strong communication skills. Reliable and professional appearance. Basic computer skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Weekends and occasional holidays required. We will train the right person!
