What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Health Aid (CNA/HHA) - Full Time Day Shift and Full Time Evening Shift position at Home Front First Assisted Living Montevideo MN?
Have a passion to care for the elderly and be a part of a great team? Home Front First Assisted Living has a Full Time Day/Evening shift (3 day shifts 6a-2p and 1 evening shift 2p-10p per week) and a Full Time evening shift position open, 64-72hrs/pp (2p-10p). These positions include every other weekend and every other holiday.
Wage is based on experience with a $1.00 differential if you have a current CNA license and also a differential for evening shift hours. Job duties include assisting with medication management, daily cares to include dressing, grooming, bathing, etc. and assisting with their enjoyment in person-centered activities.
Don't have any experience - that's okay! We offer paid training. Additionally, you will receive biannual performance evaluations. Can't beat the opportunity to get a raise twice a year!
Clearance of a MN DHS background check is required.
Pay: $17.25 - $21.17 per hour
