Are you a morning person with a friendly personality who enjoys helping people? We’re looking for a dependable and energetic Breakfast Attendant to join our hotel team!

As a Breakfast Attendant, you’ll be one of the first friendly faces our guests see each morning. You’ll help create a welcoming breakfast experience by preparing and maintaining our breakfast buffet, keeping the dining area clean and inviting, and making sure our guests have everything they need to start their day off right.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and break down the breakfast buffet according to Hilton brand standards.
• Greet guests with a smile and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Check in with guests and respond to requests to ensure a great breakfast experience.
• Prepare breakfast items such as overnight oats, chia seed pudding, coffee, juices, and other menu items.
• Arrange muffins, sweet rolls, cereals, and other self-service breakfast selections.
• Keep coffee, juice, and milk dispensers stocked and ready for guests.
• Continually restock food, beverages, utensils, and supplies throughout breakfast service.
• Properly rotate food products and monitor inventory.
• Keep the breakfast buffet looking clean, fresh, stocked, and inviting.
• Clear and clean tables as guests finish breakfast.
• Wash dishes and clean breakfast and kitchen equipment.
• Vacuum the breakfast area and clean kitchen floors.
• Remove trash and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Heat foods to appropriate temperatures and complete required temperature checks.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.
• Let management know when food or supplies are running low.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t have to be a hospitality expert to be successful in this role. A great attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn go a long way!

• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on cleanliness.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• A good communicator and team player.
• Motivated to provide excellent guest service.
• Previous hotel or food-service experience is helpful, but not required.
• ServSafe or other food-safety certification is a plus.

Schedule

Perfect for early birds!

• Shifts typically begin between 5:00 AM.
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required.
• Because breakfast begins early, dependability and punctuality are very important.

Physical Requirements

This is an active position that keeps you moving throughout your shift. You must be able to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, reach, and move throughout the breakfast and kitchen areas.
• Lift and carry approximately 25 to 50 lbs.
• Safely work around hot food and kitchen equipment.
• Perform regular cleaning, stocking, and food-service duties.
