Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, lobbies, and other public spaces according to established standards
• Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and perform carpet care to maintain pristine flooring throughout the property
• Handle janitorial tasks such as waste removal, dusting, window cleaning, and surface disinfecting with precision and care
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are used efficiently and stored properly
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to industrial cleaning, custodial procedures, and hotel policies

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping within a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing surfaces
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, bending, and reaching
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality cleanliness standards
• Familiarity with hospitality industry practices and customer service principles is advantageous
• Prior experience with industrial cleaning equipment or custodial management is a plus
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
