Role Overview:
As a Personal Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers of Ventura, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a supportive team to implement personalized care plans that enhance the quality of life for each individual. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll have the flexibility to create a meaningful impact in the lives of those you serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement personalized care plans to ensure clients receive the best possible care.
- Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance clients' well-being.
- Monitor and document clients' health and safety needs regularly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality care delivery.
Qualifications:

- Compassionate and reliable demeanor in providing care.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to follow care plans and provide assistance tailored to individual needs.
- Experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not necessary.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

- Have CPR and First Aid certifications.

- Have a background in health care or home health services.
Employment Type & Availability:
This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with availability needed Monday through Sunday.

This position is on-site only, located in Ventura, California.
