Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Comfort Advisor located in Lawton, OK. The Comfort Advisor will engage with customers to assess their HVAC needs, provide tailored solutions, and present options for repair, replacement, or maintenance. Responsibilities include performing detailed evaluations, preparing estimates, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining productive relationships with clients. The role requires a focus on understanding customer requirements and assisting them in selecting the right solutions to enhance their home comfort.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer relationship skills, including the ability to communicate effectively, build trust, and close sales
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and the ability to assess heating and cooling needs
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Competence with basic computer systems and software for creating estimates and recording customer interactions
- Professional attitude with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as required
- Previous experience in HVAC sales or the home services industry is preferred
