We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cabinetry Floater to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in various departments within the manufacturing facility inlcuding the Assembly department, the Hardware department, the Specials department (where you would assist with working on various custom cabinetry projects and components) and the Subassembly department where you would work on various off-line items such as cutlery trays, Lazy Susans, trash pull outs, etc

Duties
- Assemble cabinetry components using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
- Perform precise measurements, cuts, and adjustments to ensure proper fit and finish of cabinetry parts.
- Install cabinetry hardware
- Build custom cabinetry components as needed
- Contribute to the sub-assembly department as needed to meet job deadlines.
- Skilled in using hand tools (saws, drills, chisels), power tools (routers, sanders), and fabrication equipment such as CNC machines.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship; strong problem-solving skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings.
