Compensation:
- Competitive hourly pay (most jobs range from $18-30/hour) bonus opportunity
- Commission for upselling additional services to existing customers

- Company provides power washing equipment, ladders, safety gear, and tools
- Meet with homeowners or property managers to confirm service details
- Pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, other handyman-type work
- Identify equipment issues and troubleshoot hoses, pumps, ladders, and sprayers
- Track and maintain tool inventory and alert team lead when replacements are needed
- This is a non-construction job.
- Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and in outdoor conditions
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn power tools, water-fed poles, squeegee systems, and rotary dryer vent tools
- Willing to learn how to clean gutters, wash windows, power wash surfaces, and complete all property maintenance services
- Coachable with a strong attention to safety and quality, problem-solving and trouble shooting skills.
- Strong customer service
- Willing to learn and do direct to consumer selling
- Valid driver's license and clean record

- Dryer Vent Cleaning (Fire Prevention and Efficiency)
- Power Washing / Soft Washing (Roofs, Walkways, Siding, Decks, Driveways)
