What You’ll Do
- Handle high call volumes in a call center atmosphere.
- Schedule inspections and services for customers.
- Route technicians efficiently for service appointments.
- Process new customer orders and payments.
- Respond to customer emails and inquiries with professionalism.
- Perform data entry and reporting as needed.
- Assist with additional tasks assigned by management.
