A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you are an important connection between our customers and our field technicians. Each day, you take incoming calls and dispatch technicians to address our clients' needs. By expertly handling these duties, you ensure that our technicians' time and mileage are maximized and that our customers are wowed by our fast and efficient work.
Once a service call is complete, you follow up with the customers to make sure that we continue to exceed expectations. Using your excellent communication skills, you address any questions or concerns that arise and pass along the feedback to our management, technicians, or dispatchers to ensure that we progress and improve. Thanks to you, our dispatch department runs like a well-oiled machine and our clients love the great customer service they receive. QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test upon hire
