Housekeeping & Operations Manager
Homerun Property Services LLC — North Woodstock, NH
Homerun Property Services is looking for a reliable, organized, and hardworking Housekeeping & Operations Manager to join our team in North Woodstock, NH.
This is a hands-on position with cleaning and housekeeping as the primary responsibility, along with helping coordinate our cleaning crews and keeping the day-to-day operations of the company running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and being part of a busy team.
What You'll Do
Cleaning & Housekeeping
- Clean and prepare vacation rental properties to a high standard
- Complete turnovers efficiently and thoroughly
- Ensure properties are guest-ready and meet company standards
- Assist cleaning teams when needed
Daily Operations & Scheduling
- Prepare daily cleaning lists and organize assignments for cleaning teams
- Pull and organize laundry, keys, and access codes for each team
- Help plan and organize the following day's work
- Keep track of completed cleanings and schedule changes
- Communicate with management regarding updates, changes, and scheduling needs
Weekly Responsibilities
- Help organize and update the weekly cleaning schedule
- Prepare and post employee schedules
- Order and organize cleaning supplies
- Keep the office and work areas clean and organized
- Complete trash runs and fuel company vehicles when needed
Monthly & Off-Season Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize company vehicles
- Monitor and organize linen inventory
- Pick up supplies as needed
- Deep clean and organize the office, laundromat, and equipment
- Help with laundry and returning linens to rental properties
- Assist with employee recruitment during the off-season
- Help with general property maintenance and other company projects as needed
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and dependable

- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
- Previous housekeeping, hospitality, property management, or supervisory experience is a plus
- Must be comfortable with physical work, including cleaning, lifting, carrying laundry and supplies, and being on your feet throughout the day
- Valid driver's license preferred
