Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Inside Sales Representatives
- Drive outbound sales activity, lead conversion, and pipeline growth
- Conduct coaching sessions, one-on-ones, and performance management discussions
- Monitor CRM activity, forecasting, and KPI reporting
- Help create a high-energy, accountability-driven sales culture
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams
- Support operational improvements and sales process consistency
- High-visibility leadership role with direct impact on team performance and culture
- Opportunity to help shape a rapidly evolving inside sales organization
- Collaborative, energetic, growth-oriented environment
- Strong long-term career growth potential within an expanding North American operation
- 2-5 years of inside sales leadership, SDR leadership, or outbound sales management experience

- Hands-on leadership style with strong communication and people-management skills
- Comfortable operating inside a fast-moving, evolving sales organization
CRM and sales reporting experience preferred
