Property Leasing Manager
Location: Mt Washington, KY
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week), No nights or weekends!
Homeland Inc. is seeking a dedicated and professional Property Leasing Manager to oversee operations at an apartment complex in Mt Washington, KY.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tenant relations, including maintenance requests, complaints, and retention.
- Handle leasing activities: respond to inquiries, follow up with prospective tenants, and lead tours.
- Market vacant units using social media (e.g., Facebook business page).
- Oversee maintenance operations: schedule and monitor maintenance tasks, unit cleaning, make-ready processes, inspections, and tenant follow-ups.
- Manage financial tasks: record tenant payments, process deposits, submit invoices, and maintain accurate tenant records.
- Complete additional office duties as assigned by the Regional Manager.
Candidate Profile - Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of administrative processes, sales, and customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software programs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
