The role
We're looking for a Content and Growth Marketing Lead who has built a brand from scratch and wants to do it again.
In this role, you will
- Own the Homekey narrative end-to-end: You will define our voice, aesthetic, and positioning across every surface - blog, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, landing pages, and launches.
- Embed in product and engineering: You will sit in product reviews, find the stories worth telling, and ship them independently.
- Translate technical depth into pull: You will turn our AI architecture and product bets into high-signal content that resonates with homeowners, buyers, realtors, and investors.
- Build the growth engine: You will run experiments across organic, paid, community, and lifecycle; and double down on what compounds.
- Ship career-defining work: You will set the brand and growth foundation for a company that fundamentally changes a massive industry.

- You have scaled brand and distribution and can point to specific wins.
- You create with intention. You identify audience pain points and turn them into compelling reasons to act.
- You have taste. Your visual and verbal output sets the bar, not meets it.
- You are a power user of generative AI and design tools, using them to multiply output without sacrificing precision or aesthetic.
- You have strong opinions about brand and growth strategy, and can convince the team.
- You are located within a commutable distance to Palo Alto, CA.
