Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads for the assigned brand.
- Handle inbound calls professionally, guiding customers through service options and scheduling appointments. Convert leads into booked jobs and achieve or exceed individual sales targets.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate service solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery.
- Provide a positive customer experience that reflects the quality and professionalism of our company.
- Stay updated on company services, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales effectiveness.
- Proven sales experience in home services or similar service industries.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented with a competitive drive to exceed sales goals.
- Comfortable using ServiceMinder for scheduling, lead management, and tracking service requests.
- Experience with RingCentral or similar VoIP/telephony systems for managing inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable navigating cloud-based applications. Ability to handle objections and maintain a professional, positive demeanor.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads and customer interactions effectively.
- Quick learner, adaptable to new software or system updates.
