Job Summary: The Franchise Business Coach (FBC) for Temporary Wall Systems (TWS) is a key member of the operations team dedicated to coaching, training, and supporting TWS franchisees to drive operational efficiency, revenue growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction. This role focuses on building strong partnerships with TWS franchise owners and their teams, ensuring they consistently deliver on the TWS brand promise and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational support for TWS franchisees.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with TWS franchise owners, operators, and their teams to promote operational excellence and brand consistency.
  • Conduct regular on-site and virtual visits to assess, coach, and support franchise operations, ensuring alignment with TWS brand standards.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance, including key metrics such as installation turnaround times, inventory management, gross profit margins, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expert guidance on project management, installation best practices, safety standards, and customer service specific to temporary wall containment.
  • Develop and monitor individualized business plans and operational improvement strategies for each franchise location, including measurable goals and action steps.
  • Conduct operational audits and develop corrective action plans when necessary.
  • Deliver ongoing training on TWS systems, product knowledge, safety protocols, customer experience, and operational processes.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for TWS, ensuring the franchise system maintains the highest level of integrity and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions relevant to the temporary containment solutions market.
Requirements:
  • Proven success in coaching franchisees or multi-unit operators, preferably in the home services or window replacement industry.
  • Strong understanding of franchise business operations, financial drivers (including P&L management), and performance metrics.
  • Ability to analyze data, create actionable plans, and drive measurable results.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and group facilitation skills.
  • Experience in training development and delivery across multiple learning environments (virtual, classroom, on-the-job).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating across teams.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 35% of the time, including overnight visits to TWS franchise locations.
