Job Overview
Are you an energetic, people-focused professional who enjoys networking, building relationships, and promoting meaningful community services? We are seeking a Marketing Liaison to support our expanding divisions and enhance our outreach efforts across the region. This is a part-time role (20–25 hours/week) with opportunities for growth as our organization continues to expand.
Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), the Marketing Liaison will represent our agency across the community, supporting outreach, networking, marketing campaigns, and relationship building with professionals, businesses, and referral sources.
You will help promote our home care, behavioral health, educational, wellness, transportation, and ShareCare programs.
Duties
Community Outreach & Networking
- Conduct field marketing by visiting referral sources, businesses, and community partners.
- Attend networking events, community meetings, and professional gatherings.
- Set up and manage vendor tables at events to showcase our services.
- Organize, schedule, and complete networking stop-ins, outreach visits, and follow-up appointments.
Relationship Development
- Schedule appointments with referral sources, professionals, and community organizations.
- Make marketing cold calls and emails to schedule meet-and-greets and presentations.
- Maintain ongoing follow-up and relationship-building strategies.
Marketing & Campaign Support
- Distribute and replenish marketing materials throughout the field.
- Assist the CMO with campaign planning, execution, and tracking.
- Support planning for networking events, lunch & learns, presentations, and wellness programs.
- Help analyze the market and identify new outreach opportunities.
- Assist in developing creative ideas to promote new services and community programs.
Content & Social Media
- Provide input for social media content and light content creation.
- Assist in generating marketing materials when needed (flyers, event posts, announcements).
Administrative & Reporting
- Track outreach visits, leads, contacts, and follow-ups and updating notes in AxisCare soft ware
- Maintain a weekly activity log for the CMO.
- Contribute to monthly marketing metrics and team reports.
- Support data collection and documentation for marketing initiatives.
Additional Duties
- Participate in internal meetings and training.
- Support the CMO and leadership team with special projects as assigned.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
Experience
- 1–2 years of marketing, outreach, community liaison, sales, or related experience (required).
- Experience in home care, healthcare, behavioral health, senior services, or social services is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and public engagement.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and marketing content creation.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to work 20–25 hours per week, including occasional weekends for community events.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
