WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
You will connect with homeowners, uncover roofing concerns, and guide them toward inspections and next steps.
You will:
- Generate conversations with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods
- Identify signs of storm or age-related roof damage
- Coordinate and attend inspections with experienced team members
- Help homeowners understand timelines and insurance procedures
- Participate in weekly performance and skill development sessions
COMPENSATION AND GROWTH
Earnings are performance based and income is unlimited. Our top performers regularly exceed these ranges. Your drive and effort can lead to
- Sales Representative: $7,000-15,000 per month
- Senior Representative: $10,000-19,000 per month
- Sales Manager: $225,000 annually
