Best Roofing Pros is a fast-growing roofing company operating across multiple states, specializing in storm-damage roofing — inspections, repairs, and full replacements. Our in-house call center fills your pipeline daily so you're spending your time in front of homeowners, not hunting for them. Storm-damage markets mean consistent opportunity, and we're building out our sales team to meet it.
The Role
You're not cold calling. You're not knocking doors for prospects. You're running pre-qualified leads with homeowners who already need their roofs assessed.
As a Sales Representative, you'll be in the field daily — meeting homeowners, walking roofs, and guiding customers through the inspection and insurance claims process from start to finish. We'll teach you the technical side. What you bring is the ability to connect with people, build trust quickly, and guide homeowners to a confident decision.
What You'll Do
- Run pre-qualified leads provided daily by our in-house call center
- Meet homeowners in the field, assess roofs, and document damage
- Guide homeowners through the insurance claims and restoration process
- Manage your pipeline and follow up consistently from first appointment to signed contract
- Represent Best Roofing Pros professionally in every interaction
Who You Are
- Self-motivated and results-driven — you don't need to be managed
- Comfortable in the field daily, meeting homeowners and assessing properties
- Organized and consistent with pipeline management and follow-up
- Coachable — no roofing experience required, but you need to want to learn
- Background in outside sales, car sales, insurance, D2D, or real estate is a strong plus

- Commission-based structure — earnings vary based on activity and individual performance
