Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces to maintain a pristine environment.
- Stock and replenish room supplies, including linens, toiletries, and amenities.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department promptly.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping management team to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
- Assist with industrial cleaning tasks in public areas as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles within the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and cleaning equipment is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and organization.
- Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
