Front Desk Agent
We are currently accepting applications for highly motivated, dependable individuals with open/flexible availability to join our Front Desk Team! Previous hotel experience preferred but are willing to train the right candidate. Full time 2nd shift positions available. Must be able to stand for a full 8-hour shift. Please apply in person at the front desk, or online. You will represent the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guest's stay and ensure that the brand's highest standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Making Reservations
- Accommodating guests needs throughout their stay
- Resolving guest issues with professionalism and compassion
- Running daily reports and following detailed check lists
- Answering multi-line phone
- Openly communicating with other departments

- Due to cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employee may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.
Must be available to work varied shifts and flexible schedules
Pay: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour
