Role Description
We are seeking two (2) dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team at Home2 Suites by Hilton in Rogers, AR. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, handling check-ins/check-outs, and addressing guest inquiries. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, answering calls, assisting with reservations, and ensuring a positive guest experience from arrival to departure. Shifts needed are as follow
1. Morning 7am-3pm
2. Mid-shift 3pm-11pm
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Experience in Reservations and managing front desk operations
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written communication
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software preferred
- Flexible schedule to accommodate weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Prior experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role is an advantage
