Summary
As a Front Desk Agent at a Franchised Marriott property, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support throughout their stay. This role is vital in upholding our mission to provide outstanding hospitality and create memorable experiences for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accuracy in billing.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain the front desk area in an organized manner, ensuring all materials are stocked and up-to-date.
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay.
- Perform night audit duties as required to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality roles preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette to handle inquiries professionally.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities are beneficial but not required.
