Responsibilities:
Provide non-medical home care services to clients, including companion care, personal care, and homemaking tasks
Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry tasks
Encourage clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities they enjoy
Document client care services and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with other Home to Stay staff members to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
Certification as a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
High school diploma or equivalent required
1 years of experience in the home care industry (entry-level candidates welcome)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
