Position
The Pro Experience Manager (PXM) is responsible for both driving new business and increasing share of account. The PXM will acquire, nurture, and grow relationships with Pro customers in residential renovation - contractors, installers, flippers, landlords, property management, etc. The position reports to the Chief Experience Manager (Store Manager).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new Pro customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Generate your own leads through research, networking, and referrals.
- Follow up promptly on leads provided through marketing, social media, and internet.
- Maintain and track prospecting records using Salesforce.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Follow up consistently to ensure that we are meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Conduct store tours and introduce customers to key team members.
- Organize Pro events and represent the company at industry events.
- Learn 2020 Design in order to provide customers with professional designs/layouts.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of residential construction and renovation.
- Familiarity with kitchen and bath cabinetry products.
- Sales experience in retail, distribution, or construction.
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance.
- Confident in cold calling and face-to-face meetings.
- Outstanding listener who asks follow-up questions.
- Consistent follow through.

- Comfortable with technology and data analysis.
- Professional, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Preference for English and Spanish bilingual proficiency.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Approx 65% in the field, 35% in the Brentwood store.
- Periods of computer use, walking, and standing.
