Artic Air Conditioning and Home Services is a Palatka-based HVAC contractor that provides service, installation, and maintenance throughout Palatka, St. Augustine, and the Northeast Florida region, including Putnam, Duval, St. Johns, and Alachua counties. Job Overview
As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance on residential HVAC systems throughout our service area. Your role is crucial in ensuring our customers enjoy year-round comfort with efficient and effective heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. This position requires technical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to customer satisfaction — and it's an excellent path to grow into a Service Technician role with ongoing paid training.

What You'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance, tune-ups, and filter changes on residential HVAC systems
- Inspect, clean, and test system components to ensure peak performance
- Operate various hand tools and gauges
- Exhibit superior customer service skills at all times
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers about work performed and recommendations
- Maintain communication with dispatch, parts, install, and management teams
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and truck inventory
- Accurately complete job-related paperwork and documentation
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Participate in ongoing training to grow and develop professionally
What We're Looking For
- HVAC maintenance experience a plus — but we will train the right person!
- Trade school attendance (preferred)
- Strong mechanical background
- EPA Certification
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Desire to exceed expectations and deliver quality customer service
- Valid driver's license
- Service Titan experience a PLUS!
Must be able to pass a background check and drug tests prior to and throughout employment.
