What you will Do:

• Diagnose and Troubleshoot Residential HVAC Systems, Providing Expert Guidance for Confident Customer Purchase Decisions
• Identify & communicate HVAC issue(s) with customers
• Educate customers on their HVAC systems, functions and needs.
• Maintain a fully stock inventory for each job.
• Document work performed by following company procedure.
• Maintain professional standards and conduct in all working environments, respecting diverse personal and cultural expressions
• Set up HVAC service or installation calls when needed

What you Need:

• At least 2 years of experience in residential HVAC services.
• Knowledge of the HVAC codes and safety procedures
• Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory
• Proven Sales and Customer Service Experience in HVAC or Related Technical Service Industries
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
• Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating integrity, reliability, and professional commitment
• Physical dexterity.

Salary : $50,000 - $150,000
