Responsibilities
• Install residential plumbing systems, fixtures, water heaters, piping, and related equipment according to company standards and local codes
• Remove and replace existing plumbing systems and components in customers’ homes
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and installation guidelines as needed
• Ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
• Communicate project progress, recommendations, and installation details with homeowners
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process
• Maintain proper inventory, tools, and materials required to complete installations
• Document completed work by following company procedures and utilizing provided technology
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in residential plumbing installation, remodels, or new construction (equivalent experience and transferable skills will be considered)
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, installation methods, and applicable plumbing codes
• Ability to safely use plumbing tools, equipment, and installation materials
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean record
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening (subject to applicable law)
• Demonstrates commitment to professional growth and continuous learning
• Strong communication and customer service skills
